FAQs

Once you have placed the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email from cpd@nscience.co.uk where you will be able to find the full course details, including the Zoom registration link for the webinar, as well as the links to video recording and handouts (these last two will become available 5 working days after the webinar date, until then the links will take you to the product page with the course details). This download link will also be available in your account area in orders section (Note: you will only see your booking details within your nscience account when you are logged in while completing your booking).

Your booking confirmation email will include a table. Please click on the link in the last column of that table (under ‘Download’). Here is an example of your booking confirmation email and how to access the downloadable document with course details:

Important: The Zoom registration links and the links to video recordings and handouts will no longer be sent out by email and will only now be available in the booking confirmation email or within your account area if you are logged in when placing the booking.

If you have trouble opening the link directly from the booking confirmation email (some of the browser security settings may not allow the links that are opened directly from email to work properly), please copy the link and paste it directly in your browser. Depending on the browser you are using, once you open the link:

  • In Safari, the document will automatically be saved in your Downloads folder so please go there in order to open the document with the course details
  • In Firefox, you will get a pop up window asking you what should Firefox do with this file – please select ‘Open with Microsoft Word’
  • In Chrome, the document will show as a small icon in the bottom left corner of the browser window, please click on it and the document will open up for you.

Once the document is opened you will be able to access the full course details.

All our webinars are being recorded and all our online streaming tickets now also include complimentary access to a recorded version for 1 year. So even if you miss attending the live session, you will still receive access to the video recording where you can watch the webinar recording at a time of your convenience.

You will be able to access the recording and handout links through a downloadable document received together with your booking confirmation as well as from your nscience account area (the links to recording and handouts included in the downloadable document will become active 5 working days after the webinar date once the video has been processed).

Important: All our webinar recordings also qualify for CPD. Once you’ve watched the recording, please complete the online form available here or email cpd@nscience.co.uk and we will send you your CPD certificate.

All our online streaming tickets also include complimentary access to a recorded version for 1 year. So even if you miss attending the live session, you will still have access to the link to the recording (which will be made available to you 5 working days after the webinar) where you can watch the webinar recording at a time of your convenience. This link stays valid for one year.

Webinar recordings also qualify for CPD. Once you’ve watched the recording, all you need to do is complete the online form available here or email cpd@nscience.co.uk and we will send you your CPD certificate. 

If this is not something that you would like to do and you still want to cancel your ticket, then you can do it by completing the booking cancellation form.

Important: Please make sure to review the Cancellation Terms & Conditions before completing the cancellation form to make sure that you are eligible for a refund.

No, the Zoom registration links are for live attendance only and if you are not able to attend you don’t need to register with the Zoom link that was made available to you prior to the course.

No, you don’t need to notify us about your absence and request for the recording to be made available to you.

The links to handouts and video recording are available in the downloadable document you have received with your booking confirmation.

Important: The video and handout links included in the downloadable document are not active until 5 working days after the event date. The materials will become available under these links 5 working days after the course date.

Important: The Zoom registration links will no longer be sent out by email and are only available through the downloadable document received with your booking confirmation email. If you are logged in at the time of booking you will also be able to access the downloadable document from your account area under orders.

The link to downloadable document with the full course details will be available in your account area (if you are registered and logged in at the time of booking) as well as in your booking confirmation email.

If you have any trouble finding the booking confirmation email or logging in to your nscience account in order to find the link to your downloadable document, please email customerservices@nscience.co.uk and we will resend the details to you.

If you attended a live webinar, the CPD certificate will be sent to you automatically within 5 working days after the event date and you don’t need to request for it separately.

Please note that we have introduced a new system for sending the certificates. You will receive an email asking you to review and sign the certificate. This is to confirm that you have received your certificate and that all the details are correct. This email is legitimate and is sent by us.

Your steps for getting the PDF certificate are:


  1. click on ‘review & sign’ to confirm you have received the certificate
    2. follow on screen instructions

3. you will now receive a separate email confirming you have successfully completed the process and your PDF certificate will be attached to that email. Note: you do not need to click on ‘view signed document’, create an account or log in to HelloSign. All you need to do is open the email attachment.

All our webinar recordings also qualify for CPD, however, the CPD certificate for a video course is not sent out automatically and you need to request for it after you’ve watched the video. Once you’ve watched the recording, please complete the online form available here or send an email confirming you have watched the video to cpd@nscience.co.uk  and we will send you your CPD certificate. 

When you book any of the existing video courses here: https://www.nscienceglobal.com/product-category/video-courses/ you will receive a booking confirmation email from cpd@nscience.co.uk   where you will be able to find the full video course pack, including the links to video recording and handouts and you can access the course right away.

 

Important: this doesn’t apply to video access to upcoming webinar bookings where the links to the recording and handouts become active 5 working days after the event date.

You don’t need a Vimeo account in order to watch any of our video courses. Vimeo is asking you for the personalized access password that is made available to you right underneath the video link whether it is sent to you by email or you are accessing the details through a downloadable document:

Due to large file sizes, we are not able to send the handouts to you as email attachments, however, please note that you don’t need to have a Dropbox account in order to access or download the files we are providing you in the link. If you have any trouble opening the link to handouts directly from file or email, please copy the link and paste it directly in your browser.

 

If the link takes you directly to the body of the document, all you need to do is click on the ‘Download’ button in the top right corner of the page and choose ‘direct download’ from a dropdown menu. This way you will be able to save the presentation on your computer and print it if you wish to do so.

If the link contains more than one file, you will see separate icons for each of the documents available. Please click each of the file thumbnails separately, that will open up specific document for you. You will then see a ‘Download’ button in the top right corner of the page (see screenshot above), please click on it and choose ‘direct download’ from a dropdown menu. This will allow you to save the presentation on your computer and print it if you wish to do so.

 

Most of our early bird ticket offerings are limited in number or are time restricted. If they are limited in number, they are sold on a first come first served basis and can sometimes get sold out rather quickly! If your email specifies the closing date/time for early bird ticket availability, please make sure to book within the specified timeframe. If the early bird tickets sell out or you try to book it after the date/time specified in the email you have received, only regular tickets will then be available.

Yes – you are very welcome to attend any of our courses. Please do bear in mind though that since our courses are aimed at mental health professionals, sometimes speakers may use words, phrases or conceptual references that may be more familiar to practitioners in the field.

Please email customerservices@nscience.co.uk We will unblock your account (in case it has been blocked after a few unsuccessful attempts of logging in), reset the password and send you your new login details by email.

If this is the case, it is likely that you don’t have an nscience account and you were previously placing your orders as a guest without logging in or that you have an alternative email address that you might have used to create an account.

You can start by checking if you have alternative email addresses that you might’ve created your account with. You can email us at customerservices@nscience.co.uk with the list of email addresses and we will check if you have created an account with any of the listed addresses and if so, we will reset the password for you and send you the new login details.

If you only have one possible address that you might’ve been placing your orders with please try creating a new account here: https://www.nscienceglobal.com/my-account/  

If you already have an account registered with us, the system won’t let you create another account with the same email address in which case please write to customerservices@nscience.co.uk and we will reset the password for you.

If you only have one email address available and the system allows you to create an account it is most likely that you have previously been placing your bookings as a guest, without logging in. Once you have created your account, please email us at customerservices@nscience.co.uk and we will add your previous bookings to your account.

Most likely you have checked out as a guest, without logging in, when completing the booking. Please email customerservices@nscience.co.uk with the booking number and/or the course details and we will add the order to your account.

When you book any of the existing e-learning courses here: https://www.nscienceglobal.com/elearning/  we will be notified about your order and will check whether you have an account on our e-learning site:

  • If you don’t already have an account on our e-learning site, we will create an account for you and send you the login details by email within 24 hours of your booking.

Note: If you have an account on www.nscienceglobal.com, it will not automatically apply on the e-learning site. Your account details for www.nscienceglobal.com will not be recognized when logging in on the e-learning site.

  • If you have an account on our e-learning site already, we will add the course to your account within 24 hours of placing the booking.

Once you have received the login details and confirmation that the course has been added to your account, please go to https://nsciencelearning.com  and login to your account. The course you have purchased will be available in ‘My Courses’ tab which you will find on top of the page within 24  hours of your booking. Click on the course you have purchased and you will be able to access it right away.

You will be able to access the full course information, handouts and interactive videos which you can watch anytime you wish.

After you have completed the course, the CPD certificate will be sent to your email automatically, you don’t need to separately request for it.
