The CPD Wallet gets activated from your date of membership signup and will have all nscience CPD certificates in your name from that date onwards. However, if you send us copies of the old certificates you would like included in your CPD Wallet, we will be able to add them to your CPD Wallet for you.

Yes, once you become a member, all your new certificates will automatically be added to your account. You can access these as PDFs at any time through the link provided in your membership are within the nscience account.

Yes, the percentage discount applies to book orders, as well as seminars, webinars and video courses that are available on our website.

Once you’ve chosen and paid for the membership tier, you will receive an email including the free webinar discount code(s) which are spread out over 12 calendar months and will be available on a pro-rata basis, given that you continue with your membership. You will receive a clear indication of the dates between which each of the codes is valid. This information will also be available in the membership area within your nscience account.

Note: the free webinar vouchers cover the booking value of up to $115 each and can be used once within the indicated period of time. You can use the free webinar voucher on any webinar, live event, video or e-learning course booking. The free webinar vouchers cover a 100% of the value of tickets up to $115 or if you want to opt for a more expensive course, applying this voucher will deduct $115 from your cart and you will only need to pay the difference in price.
Given that you continue with your membership, each of the vouchers will be renewed after a year and you will be able to use these again within the set timeframes respectively.
